We are located at 123 S. Sampson St. in Tremont. From I-155 take the Route 9 exit and head toward Pekin.  Drive approximately 2 miles to Sampson Street (look for the Methodist Church on the corner). Turn left at Sampson. Our office is located on the right three doors down from the church.

If driving on Route 9 from Pekin, you will turn right at the Methodist Church onto Sampson.  The office is located three doors down from the church at 123 S. Sampson St.
